Mersea School Squash achievement award 2018

George has had an amazing year of squash.

He has had some great performances as part of Mersea School’s winning year 5/6 Lexden Cup team.

Moving on with his team to win the Essex School Games trophy for year 6, George himself only being in year 5.

He has taken home numerous trophies, been selected for regional training and to represent Essex Junior Squash around neighbouring counties.

George was the first Mersea boy to win a training bursary and he followed this up with an Off the Wall Squash player of the month award in March.

In June George was the highest ranked Essex under 11 boy and he gives his free time to help develop the next generation of Mersea talent by helping at a local club.
